چکیده
The present study was conducted to test the efficiency and applicability of EROSION-3D (Jürgen Schmidt, Berlin, Germany) model in lower Shivaliks Northwest India. Two similar micro-watersheds terms soil characteristics land use were selected for calibration validation model. calibrated using data from seven rainstorms micro-watershed A validated 11 B. After calibration, overall statistical parameters, namely RMSE (0.44 mm), percent error (4.92), correlation coefficient (0.94) (88%), clearly indicate that simulated runoff quite well conditions prevalent Shivaliks. For sediment yield, (0.365 Mg ha−1), (12.71), (0.97) (88.32%), yield also well. During process, runoff, (1.72 (19.19), (0.94), (81.25%) and, (0.19 (17.16), (0.97), (74.48%) demonstrate reasonable accuracy predict loss located Therefore, may be used as decision support system conservation management decisions

Kinematic runoff and erosion model efficiency assessment for hydrological simulation of semi-arid watersheds
Hydrologic modeling of semi-arid watersheds is imperative for the development of appropriate water and soil conservation plans. In the current study, the efficiency of Kinematic Runoff and Erosion model-version 2 (K2) model was used to evaluate water discharge and sediment load simulation of Bar watershed, located in the north-eastern part of Iran. The K2 model relies on the kinematic wave appr...

AN AGNPS-BASED RUNOFF AND SEDIMENT YIELD MODEL FOR Two SMALL WATERSHEDS IN GERMANY
The event-based Agricultural Non-Point Source (AGNPS) pollution model is used extensively to simulate sud~ice runoff, sediment yield and nutrient transport in unmonitored watersheds. Investigation, that compare AGNPS predictions to measured data are rare. The objective of the present study was to compare surface runoff and sediment yield predictions from AGNPS water quality simulation model and...
